PYUSD is natively issued only on Ethereum, but is bridged to Solana, Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum through canonical and third-party bridges. The Solana deployment uses Token-2022 extensions for enhanced metadata and transfer hooks. Advanced users should verify bridge risk models, as only Ethereum issuance is regulated under Paxos’ trust charter.
