S&P Global Ratings has assigned Michael Saylor’s Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) a “B-” credit rating, placing it in speculative, non-investment-grade territory.
The agency cited high Bitcoin exposure, low dollar liquidity, and a narrow business focus as key weaknesses.
Still, S&P said the company’s outlook remains stable, assuming it manages debt maturities and dividends prudently.
