Strategy’s Bitcoin Stash Grows as Profits Pile Up
-

Strategy has continued its rapid Bitcoin accumulation this year, beginning with a $115.97 million purchase of 1,283 BTC on Jan. 4 and following it with a much larger buy of 13,627 BTC for $1.25 billion just one week later. These moves bring the company’s total holdings to 687,410 BTC at an average acquisition price of $75,353 per coin, according to StrategyTracker.
With Bitcoin trading above $92,000 on Coinbase, Strategy’s reserves are firmly in profit. The scale of these holdings places the firm in a unique position among public companies, effectively tying its corporate identity and long-term outlook directly to Bitcoin’s price performance.
