Cboe Launches US-Regulated Perpetual Crypto Futures

Cboe Global Markets is bringing perpetual-style crypto futures to US-regulated markets for the first time. Starting Dec 15, 2025, the Cboe Futures Exchange will list Continuous Futures for Bitcoin (PBT) and Ether (PET), pending regulatory approval.

Each contract has a 10-year expiry with daily cash adjustments, mirroring offshore perpetual swaps while staying fully compliant with US derivatives rules. This gives institutional investors capital-efficient, long-term crypto exposure without rolling futures contracts.
