OranjeBTC Debuts on Brazil’s B3 Exchange with $444M in Bitcoin

Brazilian firm OranjeBTC began trading on the B3 stock exchange this week, bringing 3,675 BTC (~$444 million) to the market and becoming Latin America’s largest listed Bitcoin treasury.
The company went public through a reverse merger with education firm Intergraus, trading under ticker OBTC3. Shares opened at $4.35 (23.22 BRL), surged to $4.59 (24.50 BRL) intraday, and closed at $4.33 (23.15 BRL) as early investors took profits.
