Crypto-focused attorney John Deaton, known for representing XRP holders in the SEC’s case against Ripple, has announced a new run for U.S. Senate in Massachusetts. After losing to Sen. Elizabeth Warren in 2024, Deaton will run as a Republican again — this time seeking to unseat Democrat Sen. Ed Markey in 2026.
