After a two-week blackout, YouTube TV and Disney reached a new agreement restoring ABC, ESPN, FX, and other Disney networks to the platform.
The deal also allows ESPN’s upcoming direct-to-consumer service to be included at no extra cost for subscribers.
YouTube TV apologized for the disruption and began restoring channels throughout the day. -
Both sides avoided long-term losses by settling quickly.
