Meta Reportedly Earned $16B From Scam Ads

Meta estimated 10% of its 2023 revenue — around $16 billion — came from fraudulent ads, according to internal documents obtained by Reuters.

The report says Meta’s apps hosted scams involving illegal gambling, fake investments, and banned medical products, running unchecked for up to three years.
