Wintermute CEO Evgeny Gaevoy denied rumors that the trading firm plans to sue Binance over losses from the Oct. 10 crypto market crash, which erased over $20 billion in leveraged positions.

“We never had plans to sue Binance, nor see any reason to do it in future,” Gaevoy posted on X, dismissing the speculation as “complete bullshit.”
