A Colorado court has ruled in favor of Nintendo, ordering streamer Jesse Keighin to pay $17,500 in damages for pirating Mario & Luigi: Brothership and violating anti-piracy laws.
Keighin ignored the lawsuit and previously mocked Nintendo online — but silence cost him.
