Visa is set to deepen its crypto footprint by supporting four new stablecoins across four distinct blockchains, CEO Ryan McInerney announced during the firm’s Q4 earnings call.
The move builds on Visa’s existing support for USDC, EURC, PYUSD, and USDG across Ethereum, Solana, Stellar, and Avalanche.
McInerney said the goal is to expand stablecoin settlement capabilities for two major fiat currencies, convertible to over 25 traditional currencies worldwide.
