Crypto hardware wallet giant Ledger unveiled a new Multisig interface, praised for technical improvements but criticized for its fee structure. Users face a $10 flat fee per transaction and a 0.05% fee for token transfers, on top of standard blockchain gas costs.
Ethereum developer pcaversaccio called the move a potential “choke point” for crypto users, highlighting community concerns over the new charges. Ledger later clarified that earlier comments about the service being free were a typo.
