Roblox’s Steal A Brainrot dev, Spyder Games, is suing the maker of Fortnite’s Stealing Brainrots, claiming the Fortnite game copies their gameplay design.
Spyder Games wants the game removed and profits from the infringing content. Legal rep Adam Starr says:
“We always prefer to resolve these matters cooperatively, but when necessary we take steps to safeguard our IP.”
