Wildcard has kicked off its Road to DreamHack with the online Preseason ladder, running every Saturday from Aug 9–23. This stage is your chance to practice in a competitive setting, test strategies, and snag weekly rewards before the high-stakes qualifiers begin.
Event Structure

Aug 9–23 – Preseason Ladder (Saturdays only, 2–8 PM EST)

    Weekly practice stage

    Top 3 teams each week win $50 Steam or Razer Gold gift cards (6 winners weekly)

    Participation bonus: exclusive in-game skin at Early Access launch

Sep 6–28 – Qualifier Ladders (Sat/Sun)

    Top 2 teams qualify for main event in Atlanta

    $1,500 travel stipend + ambassador role for qualified teams

Oct 4 – Last Chance Qualifier

    Open to teams ranked 3rd–18th in Qualifiers

    One final team earns a spot + travel stipend

Oct 7–23 – Placement Stage (6 matches) for seeding

Oct 31–Nov 2 – Main Event in Atlanta – 12 teams compete for $5,000 prize pool

    1st: $2,500 | 2nd: $1,500 | 3rd/4th: $500 each

    Create an account (email/Google login) — no wallet needed

Choose:

    Register a new team (2 players)

    Join an existing team

    Sign up as a free agent

Compete on Saturdays for leaderboard positions and rewards

Match Rules

2v2 format

Different champions for each teammate

Deck: 10 unique summons, 3 unique Wildcards, up to 3 unique Talents

Match time: 10 min + up to 5 min overtime

Overtime: first to score wins; if tied, most Core damage wins
