AI Startup Prezent Raises $30M, Valued at $400M

Enterprise-focused presentation builder Prezent has secured $30 million in fresh funding led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with participation from Emergent Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Alumni Ventures.

The Los Altos–based startup is now valued at $400M and has raised $74M to date. Prezent plans to use the funds for acquisitions, starting with its first purchase of Prezentium, a life sciences presentation services company.

Founder Rajat Mishra, a former McKinsey executive, said the company will continue refining industry-specific AI models for sectors like life sciences and tech.
