The Securitize talks highlight a resurgence of public listings in crypto. In 2025 alone, Circle, Figure, Gemini, and Bullish have all gone public, signaling renewed institutional appetite for digital-asset equities.
SPACs have been a popular route: Bakkt and Core Scientific both took that path, while Circle’s original SPAC attempt failed before its blockbuster debut earlier this year.
Securitize last raised $47M in May 2024, with backing from BlackRock, Paxos, Aptos Labs, and Circle.
