Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era Demo Released, Early Access Pushed to 2026

On Oct. 9, Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era released its free demo — but also announced that early access has been pushed back once again, this time to 2026.

Originally slated for Q2 2025, then late 2025, the delay allows developers to improve UI, redesign units, and implement feedback from players.

Demo Features:

4 factions: Temple, Dungeon, Necropolis, Schism

Single-player only (no multiplayer yet)

Early access will include 6 factions + online PvP & co-op

Fans say the game “really feels like Heroes of Might and Magic,” but warn to expect limited features in this early demo.

The delay hurts, but at least the demo’s out. I’d rather wait for a polished release than rush into a buggy mess.

Classic series delays are nothing new. If it means better balance and more content, 2026 is worth the wait.
