North Korean Hackers Target Crypto Developers

ESET Research has revealed a growing threat from a North Korea-aligned group called DeceptiveDevelopment (aka Contagious Interview), which focuses on stealing cryptocurrency from freelance developers.
The group uses fake job offers and social engineering tactics to trick developers working on Windows, Linux, and macOS into installing malware. Techniques include staged job interviews and a method known as ClickFix, which delivers trojanized code under the guise of solving a technical issue.
