Tesla has launched its long-awaited “Standard” versions of the Model 3 sedan and Model Y SUV, priced at $36,990 and $39,990, respectively. The more affordable models offer an estimated 321 miles of range but come with fewer features than the premium variants. Notably, Autopilot is not included, leaving only traffic-aware cruise control as standard. Tesla aims to boost growth after a decline in sales in 2024, though the new models remain significantly above the $25,000 price Elon Musk had previously teased.
