The Legion Go Gen 2 team announced on Reddit that pre-orders on Lenovo’s website have been canceled due to demand “substantially exceeding projections,” which caused unforeseen delivery delays.

The handheld will still launch in October, with most North American orders expected to arrive around Oct. 31, 2025. Lenovo assures that more units are on the way to major retailers globally, so availability in stores and online should improve in the coming weeks.

They emphasized: “We don’t believe in holding onto customer payments for products we can’t ship in a timely manner.”
