Leak Suggests Yakuza Kiwami 3 Remake May Be Coming

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio may be preparing a Yakuza Kiwami 3 remake, after a listing briefly appeared on the studio’s website alongside the first two Kiwami remakes. The posting has since been removed, but screenshots have circulated online, fueling speculation.

The third remake has not been officially confirmed, but VGC reports it could be revealed during the studio’s livestream on September 24, ahead of the Tokyo Game Show. Previous Kiwami remakes were handled by Ryu Ga Gotoku, with Yakuza Kiwami 2 released in 2017 and its Nintendo Switch 2 port arriving November 13, 2025. Details on platforms for Kiwami 3 are not yet known.
