France’s AMF is considering banning crypto companies from operating under licenses issued by other EU countries — a move known as “passporting.”
The warning comes less than a year after MiCA went live, raising questions about how Europe’s crypto law will be enforced. Some legal experts see it as technically possible but legally complex.
