Web3 entrepreneur Carl Runefelt (Carl Moon) recently donated $400,000+ in crypto to Kids Operating Room (KidsOR), a nonprofit providing pediatric surgeries in underserved regions.

The donation encouraged KidsOR to start accepting crypto, opening doors to global donors and unlocking innovative ways to fund life-saving care.

“Life-changing money can change thousands of lives,” says Runefelt, who believes wealth from crypto carries a responsibility to give back.

Since 2014, KidsOR has built 100+ operating rooms across 35 countries, providing over 726,000 surgeries for children in need.
