Traditional finance giants like Bank of America, Barclays, Citi

This signals two things:

Regulation is going global – no single market can afford to set crypto rules in isolation.

Collaboration between TradFi & crypto is accelerating – the same banks once skeptical of crypto are now sitting at the same table with exchanges.

For crypto companies, this could mean stricter oversight but also a path toward mainstream legitimacy across multiple jurisdictions.
