Overwatch x Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred Crossover — All Skins, Rewards, and Dates

Overwatch has officially announced the Hatred's Reckoning crossover event celebrating the release of Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred on April 28. The event runs from April 28 through May 18 and introduces five brand-new skins: Mephisto Ramattra, Druid Mauga, Rogue Freja, Paladin Brigitte, and Warlock Lifeweaver — drawing from several playable classes as well as Mephisto himself. On top of the new skins, all five cosmetics from the original 2023 Diablo 4 crossover are returning, including Lilith Moira, Inarius Pharah, Imperius Reinhardt, and Gilded Hunter Sombra, available individually, in bundles, or as a single mega bundle.

The event also brings back the original crossover challenges, giving players another shot at the free rewards from 2023. A new Crab with a Knife Weapon Charm will also be earnable through these challenges. It remains unclear whether the Trials of Sanctuary PvE mode will return alongside them, though several of the challenges originally required it. Notable absences from the event include Azmodan Wrecking Ball, Cleric Lifeweaver, Necromancer Ramattra, and Nightfall Illari, none of which appear to be part of this crossover.

Players can also earn free rewards through Overwatch Season 2 Twitch Drops running until May 10. Watching two hours of any Overwatch Twitch channel earns the new Lilith Blade Weapon Charm and the returning Wolf Pup Weapon Charm, plus a Battle Pass Tier Skip. Watching a total of eight hours adds a free Common and Epic Loot Box to the haul — which could even contain one of the returning Legendary Diablo skins.

Bringing back the 2023 skins individually rather than locking them into bundles only is the right call — a lot of players missed Lilith Moira and Inarius Pharah first time around and punishing them with a mega bundle purchase was the wrong play.
