BTCUSD: From Rejection to Expansion — A Bullish Setup

BTCUSD is no longer about whether it will go down or not — it’s about how the market is preparing to move higher.

Looking at the chart, the key isn’t the descending trendline itself, but how price is reacting to it. Each rejection shows weaker selling pressure, and more importantly, the bounce from the 65,500 zone had no real follow-through to the downside. That’s a very clear signal: sellers are running out of strength.

Right now, price is moving into a highly sensitive area — the Fibonacci 0.5–0.618 zone. This isn’t where retail typically acts; it’s where larger players begin accumulating. And the way price is entering this zone isn’t aggressive — it’s slow and controlled, which is often a classic sign before a reversal.

Another important detail: the current structure is forming a compression pattern beneath resistance. The market isn’t being pushed lower — it’s being “squeezed.” And when price compresses like this, it rarely stays quiet for long; it tends to expand in the direction where liquidity is being absorbed more effectively. Based on what we’re seeing, that direction is leaning upward.

From a fundamental perspective, the narrative supports this view. Institutional money continues to flow in, short positions are being consistently liquidated, and the market is no longer reacting as negatively to interest rate pressure. This suggests that sentiment is shifting, even if price hasn’t clearly broken out yet.

The scenario I’m watching is quite simple:
BTC may still experience some short-term volatility around the 68K area, possibly dipping slightly to sweep liquidity. But as long as this zone holds, a breakout above the trendline is only a matter of time.

When that happens, 70,300 won’t be the final destination — just a checkpoint. The next target lies higher, around the 73K region.

The market isn’t weak — it’s simply accumulating before the next move.
