Swiss-regulated crypto bank Amina Bank has joined the EU-regulated tokenized securities platform 21X, becoming the first fully regulated bank to participate in the venue. The move allows Amina to act as a listing sponsor for companies issuing blockchain-based securities within the European Union’s experimental digital asset market framework.

The platform operates under the EU’s DLT Pilot Regime, which enables regulated trading and settlement of tokenized financial instruments in a sandbox environment. By linking traditional banking services with blockchain-based securities issuance, the partnership aims to make tokenized capital markets more accessible to institutional participants.
