State of Play to Skip Marvel’s Wolverine, Focus on Other PS5 Titles
-

Sony’s upcoming State of Play event won’t feature Marvel’s Wolverine, according to developer Insomniac Games. The superhero action game is now expected to appear in Spring 2026, leaving fans waiting for several more weeks before new footage or updates are shared.
Despite the delay, PlayStation 5 owners have other exciting titles to look forward to. The hour-long event on February 12 will likely showcase first- and third-party games, including Housemarque’s Saros, a roguelike launching on April 30, 2026. Wolverine enthusiasts may have to be patient, but the studio’s focus on delivering a polished, post-2021 Spider-Man-quality experience could make the wait worthwhile.
