Luffu AI helps caregivers track family health without the chaos
-

The new startup Luffu, from Fitbit founders James Park and Eric Friedman, tackles a growing challenge: nearly 1 in 4 U.S. adults are family caregivers. The AI platform watches for changes in health metrics, diet, sleep, or medications, surfacing insights and alerts only when action is needed.
Families can ask plain-language questions like “Did someone give the dog his medication?” or “Is Dad’s new meal plan affecting his blood pressure?” Luffu aims to reduce caregiving stress by keeping everyone coordinated, even when family members are spread across locations.
A limited public beta is now available via waitlist sign-up for early users interested in testing the system.
