Polymarket Becomes Official Prediction Market Partner of Major League Soccer

Polymarket has signed a multi-year deal with Major League Soccer (MLS) to become the exclusive prediction market partner for the league and the Leagues Cup.

The partnership will create new fan experiences such as second-screen engagement, delivering real-time statistics, data, and sentiment tracking for key matches and season storylines. “Fans are looking for new ways to engage more deeply with the game,” said Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan.

MLS and Polymarket emphasized that safeguards, including independent monitoring of trading activities, will be in place to protect the integrity of matches. The announcement comes as soccer’s popularity in the US continues to grow ahead of this year’s FIFA World Cup in North America and Mexico.
