Dynasty Warriors 3 Remaster Delayed, No New Release Date Yet

Koei Tecmo has announced that Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered will miss its planned March 2026 release. The developer cited the need to “further improve the quality of the game,” but did not provide a new launch date, suggesting significant work remains before it debuts.

The remaster, marking the franchise’s 25th anniversary, brings back content from Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends, including Musou modes for unaffiliated characters, new weapons and items, and two additional difficulty levels. The company has shared only brief footage so far, keeping details about gameplay updates largely under wraps. Fans will have to wait a bit longer to revisit one of the series’ most iconic entries.
