Shakers Raises €14M to Scale AI-Powered Freelancing Across Europe

Madrid-based Shakers has raised €14 million in Series A funding to accelerate its expansion across Europe and deepen its AI integrations. The round was led by Partech, with participation from KFund, Brighteye Ventures, Athos Capital, and Wayra, backing Shakers’ mission to redefine how companies hire top-tier tech freelancers.

The funding will support doubling the team over the next year and scaling the platform’s AI workforce orchestration tools. By 2027, Shakers aims to have powered more than 10,000 hybrid projects, cementing its role as a key infrastructure layer in the AI-powered freelance economy.
