Amazon Expands Alexa+ With Travel, Home Services, and Local Business Integrations

Amazon is broadening the capabilities of its AI-powered digital assistant, Alexa+, by adding new integrations with Angi, Expedia, Square, and Yelp. The company says the features will begin rolling out in 2026, allowing users to book hotels, request home service quotes, and schedule salon appointments directly through Alexa.

With Expedia, users can ask Alexa to compare hotels, manage reservations, or get personalized recommendations using natural language prompts. The new additions build on existing Alexa+ partnerships with services like OpenTable, Uber, and Ticketmaster.
