Former FTX Executives Barred from Leadership Roles
-

Caroline Ellison, Gary Wang, and Nishad Singh, former executives of Alameda Research and FTX, will face multi-year bans from company leadership. The SEC finalized consent judgments: Ellison receives a 10-year officer-and-director bar, while Wang and Singh each get eight-year bars.
All three are also under five-year conduct-based injunctions. The SEC cited their roles in misusing FTX customer funds, including granting Alameda an unlimited “line of credit” and diverting customer assets for trading activity.
