U.S. prosecutors are urging a federal judge to sentence Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon to 12 years in prison for wire fraud and conspiracy. In their filing, they argue Kwon caused losses greater than SBF, Mashinsky, and OneCoin’s Greenwood combined, and say the Terra collapse helped trigger the wider Crypto Winter. The DOJ also asked the court to finalize forfeiture of his alleged criminal proceeds.
