Investor & EU-Level Warnings

CONSOB issued specific warnings to retail investors:
Your provider may no longer be authorized after Dec. 30 — make sure they’ve told you their MiCA plans. If not, request clarification or ask for your funds back.
ESMA also reminded the EU that national transitional periods aren’t automatic MiCA approval and require orderly wind-down plans for firms that don’t obtain authorization in time. Italy’s firm timeline shows how member states are using MiCA’s flexibility to set hard stop dates. -
EU warnings signal rising concern around compliance and investor protection.
