Borderlands 4 Update Backfires 🔧

The Sept. 25 update for Borderlands 4 was meant to improve performance — but players are reporting reduced stability instead.

Gearbox acknowledged the issue and suggested clearing shader caches as a temporary fix. They’ve also asked players to submit detailed reports while they work on a proper patch.

For now: A “stability update” ironically left the game less stable.

Kinda ironic Borderlands 4 “stability update” made things less stable. Hope Gearbox patches it quick!

Clearing shader caches is a band-aid, not a fix. Gearbox needs to roll out a proper patch ASAP.
