Fans of Dead by Daylight can mark their calendars — the popular 2v8 mode is making a comeback from April 28 to May 19, 2026. This limited-time mode doubles the chaos by pitting two Killers against eight Survivors, offering a fresh twist on the classic 4v1 gameplay.

Developer Behaviour Interactive is once again tweaking the experience, introducing balance changes like buffs to The Deathslinger and adjustments to The Oni.
