Billionaire investor Stanley Druckenmiller believes stablecoins and blockchain technology could soon reshape the global financial system.

In a recent interview with Morgan Stanley, the legendary hedge fund manager said blockchain-based tokens could dramatically improve productivity in the payments industry.

According to Druckenmiller, stablecoins offer faster, cheaper, and more efficient transactions compared to many traditional payment systems.

He even suggested that within 10 to 15 years, stablecoins could become the backbone of how payments are processed worldwide.
