WoW Midnight Patch 12.0.5 Adds Fishing Events and a Prop Hunt PvP Mode
-

Blizzard Entertainment is also introducing lighter and more experimental content in World of Warcraft’s Midnight Patch 12.0.5. One of the highlights is Abyss Anglers, a cooperative fishing activity where players dive off the coast near Zul’Aman to spear fish, search for sunken treasure, and earn cosmetics, fishing gear upgrades, and other rewards.
The patch will also add Decor Duels, a PvP prop-hunt style minigame set in Silvermoon City. In this mode, one team disguises themselves as furniture or decorations while the opposing team tries to find them before time runs out. Participants can unlock cosmetic rewards, toys, housing décor, and even mounts, offering a fun break from traditional combat-focused gameplay.

if u think abt it tho, giving cosmetic + mount rewards for mini-games is smart. it motivates ppl to do casual content while still feeling progression

WoW adding fishing adventures sounds surprisingly fun.

Turning into furniture to hide from players is peak MMO chaos.
