Coinbase Expands Futures Trading Across Europe
-

Coinbase has launched a new range of futures products in Europe, giving traders access to both cryptocurrency and traditional market exposure through regulated contracts. The new offerings are available to Coinbase Advanced users in 26 European countries, including Germany, France, and Netherlands, through the company’s entity operating under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) framework.
The rollout includes futures tied to major digital assets such as Bitcoin and Solana. According to Coinbase, the move is part of its broader strategy to expand regulated derivatives trading globally while giving European investors new ways to access crypto markets within a compliant environment.
