Bungie Confirms Marathon Server Slam Dates

Bungie has officially revealed the Server Slam dates for Marathon, giving players an early chance to jump into the sci-fi extraction shooter before launch. The event runs from February 26 at 10 AM PT to March 2 at 10 AM PT, just days ahead of the game’s March 5 release.

The limited-time test will feature two maps — Perimeter and Dire Marsh — along with five factions offering contracts: CyberAcme, NuCaloric, Traxus, MIDA, and Arachne. Players will also be able to try five Runner shells, including Rook, though others like Thief will remain locked until launch.

Participants can earn launch rewards based on progression, including weapon mods, shell cores, implants, and upgraded weapons by reaching Runner Level 10 and 30. It’s both a stress test and a reward opportunity for early adopters.
