Strategy Not Interested in Buying Rival Bitcoin Treasury Firms

As more companies adopt Bitcoin treasury strategies, some analysts suggest consolidation could follow — with stronger firms acquiring weaker ones at discounts.

But CEO Phong Le dismissed the idea, calling such moves a “distraction.” Instead, Strategy plans to focus on its core mission: raising capital (now increasingly via preferred stock like STRC) and accumulating Bitcoin.

Shares of Strategy (MSTR) closed down over 5% Wednesday, even as the company doubles down on its long-term BTC strategy.
