From Broadcast Archives to Business Insights — InfiniMind’s Global Push
-

Video is everywhere, but understanding it is hard.
InfiniMind, a Tokyo startup founded by two former Google Japan leaders, builds infrastructure that turns unviewed video into actionable insights. Their first product, TV Pulse, tracks brand exposure, PR impact, and customer sentiment in real time. Their upcoming DeepFrame platform goes further, analyzing long-form video at scale for enterprise use cases like monitoring, safety, and analytics.
The startup recently raised $5.8M in seed funding and is moving its HQ to the U.S., following a successful testbed in Japan. Kai notes that AI advances between 2021–2023, coupled with lower GPU costs, finally made general video intelligence feasible.
“Understanding video is understanding reality,” Kai says.
