Sweden Launch Extends Bitwise’s Global Expansion

The Sweden debut builds on Bitwise’s rapid expansion across Europe following its acquisition of ETC Group in 2024. Since then, the firm has listed crypto ETPs on the London Stock Exchange and the SIX Swiss Exchange, cementing its presence across major European markets.

In parallel, Bitwise has pushed deeper into the US, launching a Solana staking ETF and filing for multiple new crypto-focused ETFs with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With generic listing standards now in place, the firm expects more than 100 crypto exchange-traded products to launch in 2026—signaling a new phase of global institutional adoption.
