Old Glory’s leadership says the public listing will accelerate its crypto-first banking vision. Co-founder and chief innovation officer Michael Shaw said the bank plans to let customers seamlessly move funds between fiat and blockchain networks, including instant crypto-to-fiat deposits.

Central to that strategy is Old Glory’s patent-pending OGB Freedom Offramp, designed to allow customers to exchange crypto into fiat directly within their bank accounts. If successful, the model could challenge how mainstream banks handle digital asset custody and conversion.
