Plaud Unveils NotePin S AI Notetaker Ahead of CES 2026
-

Hardware maker Plaud has launched a new wearable AI notetaker, the Plaud NotePin S, ahead of this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Priced at $179, the device builds on Plaud’s original pin-style recorder with a physical button that lets users start, stop, and highlight moments during recordings.
The NotePin S ships with multiple wearing options—including a clip, lanyard, magnetic pin, and wristband—making it easy to use on the go. Plaud is also adding Apple Find My support, allowing users to locate the device if it’s misplaced. The company says the pin is designed for people who move frequently between meetings and environments.

$179 for a pin that just quietly records meetings actually feels kinda reasonable
