Prediction markets platform Polymarket has attributed a recent wave of reported account breaches to a vulnerability introduced by a third-party authentication provider. In a statement shared on Discord, the company said the issue affected a “small number of users” and has since been resolved. Polymarket emphasized there is no ongoing risk and said it will directly contact impacted users. Reports surfaced after users noticed suspicious login attempts followed by drained balances.
