Source: Burwick LawA US judge has approved the addition of over 5,000 new pieces of evidence in a class-action lawsuit targeting memecoin platform Pump.fun, MEV infrastructure firm Jito Labs, Solana Labs, and the Solana Foundation. The lawsuit alleges that Pump.fun misled retail investors by marketing memecoin launches as “fair” while insiders used maximal extractable value (MEV) techniques to front-run transactions and profit at the expense of retail participants. This move could set an important precedent for MEV-related cases in the US.
