Resolve AI, a startup building an autonomous site reliability engineer (SRE), has raised a Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners at a headline valuation of $1 billion, according to people familiar with the deal.

The round used a multi-tranched structure, with part of the equity priced at $1B and the rest at a lower valuation. Founded by former Splunk executives, Resolve AI automates real-time system troubleshooting, targeting companies struggling to scale reliability as software systems grow more complex.
